GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The order is binding on the purchaser for a period of 120 (one hundred twenty) days from date of order. After the withdrawal of the Commission and / or breach of contract due to the fault of the Customer, we are entitled to forfeit the down payments made by the latter as a penalty, to pay compensation for additional damages.
We reserve the right to make the goods, without prior notice to the purchaser, any changes or improvements deemed necessary.
The price and terms stated in the order confirmation does not include non-performance requirements and expenses, such as VAT, interest, costs of transport, assembly, electrical connections. Therefore, no specific indications, these costs are charged to the customer.
Payments must be made at the domicile of the manufacturer or his appointee duly authorized. In the event of a dispute, the purchaser does not have the power to suspend, delay or refuse payment.
In case of delayed payment will apply the default interest provided.
RESERVE OF PROPERTY
Furnishings and equipment will not be sold property of the Customer before full payment of the purchased material.

All parts of the equipment other than electrical, glass, crystals and all the perishable goods in general, are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of the invoice, only to manufacturing defects. Deliveries of spare parts will be made in port assigned to the customer. The warranty does not include replacement of equipment, labor costs for the replacement of spare parts, and any other expense.

Except as expressly provided shipping is always charged to the customer.
The goods travel at risk of the customer even if it was sold free . Any disputes on defective materials must be reported at the time of the unload. Considering the responsibility of the carrier , it is advisable to carefully control the delivery before acceptance. We want to emphasize that our company is not responsible for any damage that is not reported to the carrier upon delivery.
Any legal dispute reflecting the relations between the parties is exclusively the competence of the TARANTO hole.
