FISH DISPLAY BLUE DOLPHIN

Blue Dolphin is a display counter for fresh fish which is characterized by the sleek design and innovative, for the complete view of the products displayed and the clean lines. Tank body made of stainless steel AISI 316 insulated with polyurethane foam high density and complete with drain outlets. Stainless steel AISI 316 side panels in stainless steel AISI 316 length 150 mm.

Blue Dolphin is presented with two types of glass: tempered straight glass and tempered straight glass with shelf.

The composition makes use of the following modules:

Module with coil contact / form with contact and coil evaporator (cooling unit from entering or remote location);

• Form with the rear evaporator (static) for mussels;
• Neutral form;
• Module with hot tub (dry).
• Modular and ducted cooling using copper piping and manifolds crimped.
